We take great care manufacturing every item for our customers and all items are thoroughly quality checked prior to being sent out.
Please ensure to fully read all descriptions - we have many different options/ variations of items available and show all details in pictures and all items have a comprehensive description.
Should you have any questions about a product or its individual features, please get in touch with us under vera@ateliervive.com prior to placing an order. We also offer a video call option if required.
Should one of our products still not meet your expectation when you receive it, we are truly sorry about that and offer a refund following return of the unused item in the original packaging to us.
Shipping costs for the return cannot be reimbursed unless the parcel or item arrived damaged at yours.
Please ensure to take pictures of the damages as soon as possible and contact us immediately - latest 5 days after the item was received.
Refunds will be issued via the secure payment provider used for your order payment - stripe - and as per their T&C's the balance will show on your account between 5-10 days depending on bank transaction time.
No returns can be accepted if any item has been altered, used or damaged by the customer.
Custom orders are exempt from return and refund.
If you are not happy with your custom item, please get in touch, so we can find a solution/ alteration option to reach satisfaction.
