ATELIER VIVE SHIPPING POLICY for custom and handmade items:
All items are carefully checked, packed and - unless requested differently by the customer - sent via tracked parcel services.
Standard delivery times are depending on service providers out of our control and could be affected by unforeseeable circumstances - inclement weather, industrial actions, service disruptions etc.
Returns based on late receipt of a parcel sent within the standard 3-5 days after order placement caused by service disruptions cannot be accepted.
We do our best to get your product shipped within 3 days after an order is placed. During busy periods - Christmas, Easter, School start etc. - this could take a little longer.
If you have an urgent order, please get in touch with us directly to arrange for the best and quickest way to get the product to you.
For local customers a pick up in our workshop in Derby can be arranged. Please get in touch to arrange a day and time for this, as the atelier is not occupied all day.
For pick up, no postage will be charged - if the order is placed on the website, a refund of the packaging cost will be issued when collection is made.
All items are carefully and securely packed before they are sent to you. Should an item arrive damaged at your end, please take pictures of the damaged parcel as soon as possible - but no later than 5 days after receipt of the parcel. Some very fragile items - like the lampshades - are packed in double walled boxes and corner protection and sent via specialist logistic partners. This additional cost is required to ensure you will receive the item in perfect condition.
